1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Flight Ranking Media’s advertising services. By signing up for a package, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide setup and management for Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with campaign reporting and support. Packages may include additional services, such as a landing page website, depending on the option selected.
3. Minimum Commitment
All ad management services require a minimum commitment of 3 months.
This timeframe allows campaigns to properly establish performance and ranking.
After the initial 3 months, clients may continue month-to-month. Cancellation thereafter requires 1 month’s written notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All package fees must be paid in advance of service delivery.
Prices are subject to review and change every 6 months. Any adjustments will be communicated in advance and apply to both new and existing clients.
Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta by the client and is separate from our management fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate business and campaign information.
Maintain an active payment method for both ad spend and service fees.
Approve or provide required creative content where necessary.
6. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital advertising, service fees are non-refundable once a campaign has been launched.
7. Communication
We will provide regular reporting and updates regarding campaign performance. Clients are expected to communicate any concerns promptly.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are not made on time, or
The client violates these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we work to deliver measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseen losses resulting from ad campaigns.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
