⚖️ Terms of Service

1. Service Scope
By purchasing a package, you agree to allow us to design, set up, and maintain your website as described in your chosen plan (1-page, 5-page, e-commerce, or custom).

2. Payments

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

• Monthly/annual fees (if applicable) are due upfront and must remain current to keep your website active.

• Domain and hosting renewals are billed separately unless otherwise included.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate business information, images, and content.

• You must ensure you own or have rights to use any content (logos, text, photos) shared with us.

4. Delivery & Revisions

• Websites will be delivered according to the package timelines communicated.

• Reasonable revisions are included; major redesigns may require additional fees.

5. Cancellation

• Services may be canceled with one month’s written notice after the minimum agreed term (e.g., 3 months).

• Upon cancellation, hosting and domain may remain active if you take over payments directly.

6. Liability
We are not liable for downtime, loss of revenue, or damages beyond the fees paid to us. External services (payment gateways, couriers, plugins) are outside our control.

7. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms every 6 months. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
